UNA ALTERNATIVA AL "IUSNATURALISMO,,: EL "HUMANISMO JURÍDICO"
RESUMEN
A lo largo de la hístoria, sin interrupción desde el siglo XVIII, se han ido sucediendo equipos dedicados a la empresa de "reducir" al hombre a lo no propiamente humano (pbj!sis), sin ninguna ley (nómos) humanista. Una serie de "relevos» han borrado el carácter personal del hombre, lo han visto como un "organismo. , sometido a las meras leyes nmurales físicas, biológicas, sin el decisivo atributo de la líbel1ad y la consiguiente responsabilidad. Se lleva mucho tiempo intentando que los hombres pierdan de vista su condición única de personas, que se vean como organismos, reducidos a las otras formas de realidad que existen en el mundo, susceptibles de toda manipulación desde [Odas esas instancias anaturales~.

AUSTRACT
Throughout histOIY, and unioterruptedly so sioce the eighteenth century, a successioo of tealTIS have devoted themselves to the ttlsk of "reducing" man to whar, properly speaking, is the non-human (pbJÍsis), without any humanistic law (nómos). A series of sueh replacemeots has eradicated the personal being of mano They have looked 00 human beings as "organisms" subject to the mere natural laws of physics or biology, and lacking the decisive attribute offreedom and the responsability that arises from it. For a long time now attempts have been made to persuade people to lose sight of their unique conditioo as persoos and to think of Ehemselves simply as organisms on a level WiEh other kinds of reality that exist io the world, and subject to all sorts of manipulations in aU these "oatural" modes.
