Mediación familiar, ¿dentro o fuera de los juzgados?

Sumario Después de la introducción, tras haber indicado lo que los diversos tipos de mediación tienen en común, la autora pasa a indicar lo que les distingue entre sí. Así pues, en este trabajo observamos que la mediación es un proceso voluntario orientado a satisfacer las necesidades de todas las partes y mejorar la relación, de tal forma que quede abierta a la cooperación entre ellas. Para ello, presenta los principios que rigen todo proceso de mediación, las ventajas de la mediación, entre las que se encuentran lo que permite, exige e impide, el papel de la persona mediadora, la mediación en el ámbito familiar y la mediación en el ámbito penal. Family Mediation - In or outside of the Courts?
Summary Following the introduction, having indicated the diverse types of mediation that they hold in common, the author presents the things that are different between them. Here in this work we observe that mediation is a voluntary process orientated to satisfy the needs of all parties and to improve their relationship so that they remain open to the cooperation between them. For that she presents the principles that govern the process of mediation, the opportunities of mediation, among which they encounter all that is permitted, demanded or prevented, the role of the personal mediator, mediation in the family environment and the mediation in the penal environment.
