NUEVA EDICIÓN DE LA SUMMA SVPER QVARTO LIBRO DECRETALIVM DE JUAN DE ANDRÉS
RESUMEN
Se publica una reedición de la Summa super quarto libro Decretalium datada a comienzos del siglo XIV y generalmente atribuida a Juan de Andrés (12701348), usando la edición de Leipzig 1492-1495 como ‘texto-base’. Esta redacción impresa puede considerarse próxima al momento de composición de la suma por su sencillez, por la presencia de lecturas corrrectas y la ausencia de errores, y porque carece de contaminaciones, adiciones, sumarios o los índices que recargan la suma en las ediciones del siglo XVI. La reedición propone también una metodología formal para este género de trabajos. ABSTRACT
The paper offers a re-edition of the Summa super quarto libro Decretalium dated from the early fourteenth century and usually attributed to Iohannes Andreae (1270-1348). The edition of Leipzig 1492-1495 is taken as basis: because of its simplicity, safe readings, lack of mistakes, corruptions and additions, it can be considered next to the summa original. The re-editon also suggest a methodology for this kind of editing work.
