Summary This work begins in presenting the relationship between sacraments and family knowing that the sacraments are essential in the being or identity of the Christian family, and to make of it the same in the Church and in the world. Pretending to show the points in which we ought to advance upon, he distinguishes the diverse levels or dimensions of the realization of the sacramentality of family. Also he studies the sacraments of initiation and the family. He has in mind that it all has a special verification in the relationship “sacraments of initiation and the family.” In this meaning it presents itself according to the author, as a true challenge in the actual moment of the Church. The church offers a general model of initiation, having in mind the possibility of distinctive initiative processes and also that it has orientated the liturgy in the order of initiation. 113
