Familia, ritos y fiesta

Resumen Dionisio Borobio García es profesor emérito de la Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca. El autor es consciente de que no hay familia que no festeje, ni hay fiesta sin ritos y piensa que si hay un ámbito en el que los ritos juegan una función transmisiva y festiva, es precisamente la familia, por eso titula esta breve reflexión relacionando “Familia, ritos y fiesta”. Ordena el tema en tres aspectos: El hombre como homo ludens: antropología de la fiesta, donde presenta la sacralidad y ritualidad; la dimensión social de la fiesta con sus ritos; y la dimensión antropológica. En un segundo momento habla de los ritos y ritualidades en la actualidad enumerando los de transición, los de crisis, los de continuidad y las ritualidades de relación para terminar viendo el lugar y función de lo festivo-ritual en la vida familiar. Palabras clave: festejar, ritos y ritualidad, sacralidad, transición, relación. Abstract Dionisio Borobio García is Professor emeritus at the Pontifical University of Salamanca. The author is conscious that there is no family that celebrates, neither festival without rites and thinks if there is a field in which rites play a transmitting and festive function is specially the family. That’s the reason why he entitled this essay relating “Family, rites and festivals”. He arranges the theme in three aspects: human being as homo ludens: anthropology of the festival, where he presents the sacredness and rituals; the social dimension of the festival with its rites; and the anthropological dimension. In the second moment he deals with the rites and rituals nowadays counting the ones of transition, those of crisis and those of continuity and the relation rituals to end up looking at the place and function of the festive-ritual in the family life.
