ENFOQUES DE APRENDIZAJE EN ALUMNOS UNIVERSITARIOS. RELACIÓN CON ESTRÉS-ANSIEDAD Y DEPRESIÓN
Approaches of learning in university pupuls. Relation with stress-anxiety and depression
Emilia Domínguez Rodríguez Pilar Cañamero Sánchez Antonio Sánchez Cabaco RESUMEN: El proceso de aprendizaje de los universitarios, está influido por un conjunto de dimensiones que se interrelacionan, entre las que destacamos, por un lado, las de tipo motivacional y por otro lado, las dimensiones emocionales. Además, estas dimensiones guardan relación, con las variables sociodemográficas y académicas propias de cada entorno, en nuestro caso, los alumnos extremeños. Por último, todas ellas, influyen en el producto final: rendimiento y satisfacción académica. El objetivo del estudio es comparar la interacción existente entre las dimensiones motivacionales y emocionales con las variables sociodemográficas y académicas de la muestra extremeña. Palabras clave: Estudiantes universitarios, aprendizaje, enfoques de aprendizaje, estrategias de aprendizaje, hábitos de estudio, estrés-ansiedad, depresión, rendimiento académico y satisfacción académica. ABSTRACT: The learning process of the university students is influenced by a set of dimensions that are interrelated, among that those of a motivational type close to the emotional ones can be emphasized. Besides, these dimensions bear relation to the social-demography and academic variables which are characteristics of every environment (the Extremenian students, regarding this study). Finally, all these bear upon the final product: the output and the academic satisfaction. The objective of this study is to compare the interaction existing between the motivational-emotional dimensions and the social-demography and academic variables of the target group (the Extremenian university students, as it is said above).
